Led Zeppelin Searches For Unsigned Bands Via Ziddio.
Apparently, Zeppelin wants unsigned bands for their reunion's afterparty, prospective bands need to post vids explaining why they should get a chance on ziddio.com explaining why they should be allowed to play, and those who'll be picked will get a chance to play one Zeppelin cover and one original track for the crowd.
I think both The Ramifications and Tyrefyre should try out. ;-)

And I have a horrible feeling that our lead guitarist is about to quit cos of his "issues"............

My buddy Jack L'amant ran into Robert Plant once in an airport bar, and offered Robert a copy of the L'amant CD. Robert accepted, perused the titles on the back, (the album consisted of all covers of classic/obscure R&B tunes)and started getting excited-"Oh-I LOVE this song!" and started SINGING the songs to Jack right there!
They had a little 'jam session' in the airport bar, both singing obscure R&B and blues tunes together!
...maybe Jack could get this gig?

^ I'm mostly on rhythm, I play about 25% of the lead, but I do about 75% of the singing.
And DAMN! Lucky Jack! He should definitely go for it.
