New PR in the gym!

  1. This is completely non-music related, except for the fact that I did it while listening to Slayer's War Ensemble at volumes high enough to bring down an avalanche.

    I had deadlifts today at the gym. 4 weeks till a meet, and I deadlifted 190kg (418lbs) for 2 reps. Previous PR was 2x180kg (396lbs).

    To describe the feeling, it's like learning a new song in one session, times 100. Plus I had trouble getting back to normality, felt like I could run through walls!

  2. Fucking nice man.. I'm not improving much anywhere these days, except chinups perhaps, doing 3x8 of those is getting doable, and the biggest problem is just lung capacity, something I hope my swimming 3x per week will help with..
