  1. So I picked up my 'new' amp a couple weeks ago, it's a 1975 Marshall 50 watt top. Been rebuilt into a handwired plexi circuit w/EL 34s, no master volume. Man, this is a good sounding amp. Fat-warm-rich-all-that-stuff-kinda TONE!

    No pics, maybe one day.

  4. Alright... Sounds like a Mojo Marshall Head Bro! Should supply ample inspiration for a performance of the Star Spangled Banana on New Years Eve perhaps..... Definitely the type of amp that's guaranteed to Pee-Off the neighbors... Good choice!
I've been noodling a lot with my little 10 Watt Peavy lately... It's totally dry... No reverb... just 2 channels... One's clean and the other is "Saturated" Hehehehehhehh... Still think the clean channel sounds better overdriven than the saturated though.... It's FUN! I LOVE the sound you get out of small little amps when you push em..... I also open up my Little Pignose 7-100 amp... Turn it up ALL the way and have a good time. I LOVE that little piggie... It's an OLD one... Absolutely Mojo amp... Super COOL tone ;)
