Hey guys. Been busy this weekend.
On Saturday I had my first powerlifting meet. Went very well. Had just 2 fails, one cause I ran out of time for the very first lift, and second one cause I pulled the bar before lifting in the deadlift.
My result was:
Squat: 150kg
Benchpress: 82,5kg
Deadlift: 210kg
Deadlift is my main and favorite event out of the three as you can tell :)
Then Sunday, me and some other guys from my powerlifting club went shoveling shit at a farm out in the country as a fundraiser for the club.
All in all a pretty exhausting weekend :)
