<description>&#60;p&#62;It's nice here today, cool but not cold.  But we had a freakin' cold weekend. Winters here are usually pretty mild, with a couple of freezing cold snaps and usually one hard freeze that stops the city in it's tracks.  Things warm up by the middle of March....&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I almost sorta miss Los Angeles-where &#34;winter&#34; consists of one week's worth of rain!  Just enough to wash all the filth off the streets, and clean the air for a few days.  THAT'S when they take all the pics for postcards, you know...those three days when the sky is actually blue.
