<description>&#60;p&#62;This is completely non-music related, except for the fact that I did it while listening to Slayer's &#60;em&#62;War Ensemble&#60;/em&#62; at volumes high enough to bring down an avalanche.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I had deadlifts today at the gym. 4 weeks till a meet, and I deadlifted 190kg (418lbs) for 2 reps. Previous PR was 2x180kg (396lbs).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;To describe the feeling, it's like learning a new song in one session, times 100. Plus I had trouble getting back to normality, felt like I could run through walls!
